A Little (more) About Me
Hello and welcome! I'm Pam, the life quality coach behind HPP! I am a wife, a mom, a runner, a reader, and a lifelong learner. I have been a special education teacher for 14 years and also worked as a line therapist, working with young children with autism.
For as long as I can remember, I would tell people that if I didn't teach, I would continue to work with special needs populations. I just wasn't sure what that meant...
My last 5 years of teaching was in a very unique environment, where I was able to not only work with the students on my caseload, but also with their parents. I was able to see firsthand how bridging school and home environments has such a wonderful, positive impact on a child's growth and hitting or even surpassing their IEP goals. This is also where I saw a NEED for parents to receive more support in navigating their child's disability, not only as it related to school, but in all aspects of life. My passion for supporting and empowering families outside the walls of a classroom grew.
When I became the mom of two children, each requiring their own set of unique medical needs, I felt what it was like to navigate unknown territory. I needed and wanted support, I just didn't know how to get it or from whom. My worlds of parenting and teaching collided, and Highest Potential Pathways was born. I seek to empower YOU with the knowledge, resources, and support you deserve to ensure your child can lead a fulfilling life to their highest potential.
Here, you will find the support and resources you have been missing and are so deserving of. Here, you will feel seen and heard. Here, you will find light in the darkness. Here, you will gain the ability to work through challenging times and ensure a life of fulfillment for your child.
I look forward to serving you!
